The scientific base of the Human Diamond Model.

Dr. Yuki Carlsson’s mentoring is mental-health aware and uses the Human Diamond model, a psychological framework, to bring vitality and drive to you. It does not, however, replace clinical care. If you struggle to function in day-to-day life, we recommend to discuss this with a psychotherapist and psychiatrist. Here are examples of what we cover:

Life
Research consistently finds that biology, culture, and lived experience shape your defaults and sensitivities (Polderman et al., 2015; Markus & Kitayama, 1991; Shonkoff et al., 2012), so the smartest way to become your future self is to design from your starting conditions and curate what shapes you next.
That’s why my framework starts with clarity about your baseline and culminates with the “inputs” that will actually compound over time.

Shape
Research shows that belief in capability, physiological state, and skill level influence what you attempt, avoid, and sustain (Bandura, 1977; McEwen, 1998; Csikszentmihalyi & LeFevre, 1989), so better outcomes come from tuning stance, state, and skill, not just increasing pressure.
This is where we identify the one internal lever that unlocks disproportionate progress.

Circumstance
Research shows that situations, incentives, and social context steer behaviour more than most people realize (Ross & Nisbett, 1991; Thaler & Sunstein, 2008; Cohen & Wills, 1985), so changing the stage can create more leverage than trying to “fix yourself.”
This is why we don’t only work on you, we also redesign the environment you’re trying to live in.

Reaction
Research shows that judgment and follow-through often run on fast shortcuts and feedback loops unless we deliberately intervene (Tversky & Kahneman, 1974; Carver & Scheier, 1982; Gollwitzer, 1999), so reliability comes from a repeatable intel–strategy–execution loop, not from perfect motivation.
That loop is the difference between disciplined drift and compounding progress.
