  The discovery call is a 15–20 min conversation to decide whether mentoring is the right choice, whether we are a good fit for each other, and what the next step is.
• What happens if it’s a fit?
  If you desire mentoring and we are a good fit, we’ll schedule a deeper Strategy and Enrollment call.
• Is this therapy?
  No, this offer is not therapy; it’s mentoring and applied psychological frameworks.
• What’s the time commitment?
  The mentoring itself offers voluntary weekly calls for 1 year. A self-paced programme accompanies the mentoring, which contains 6 weeks worth of content. So, to finish it within 1 year, we recommend to dedicate 2-3h a week. No worries if other obligations keep you busy. You can extend the mentoring and access to the material as needed.
• Do you work globally?
  Yes, remote, offering mentoring calls during the daytime for Asian, European, and American time zones.
